Designing a Performance Management Pattern Based on Talent Management Components

Abstract:

Performance management is considered as a tool to implement strategies and policies, and research organizational goals, and its main purpose is to increase the capabilities, competencies and growth and development of human resources. Such a view of performance management requires the existence of features that make the system efficient and effective, and realize the flexibility and dynamism of the performance management framework. The purpose of this study is to design a performance management Pattern based on the components of talent management. Accordingly, in order to provide a comprehensive model of performance management based on the components of talent management and after identifying the categories, concepts and codes of performance management and talent management, an initial conceptual Pattern was formed. In order to apply the model and evaluate the performance management based on the components of talent management, 144 questionnaires were distributed among the staff of the General Directorate of East Azerbaijan Airports, which were selected by stratified sampling and using Confirmatory factor analysis method was analyzed. The research results show that the dimensions, components and extractive indicators of the research Pattern were approved by the target community.
